Alfath Ahmed
Alfath is the principal founder and chairman of the company. He is serving the company through strategic decisions, working closely with the company's management, including finance, operations and driving client relations globally.
Alfath comes with over a decade of technology experience, having started his career in management consulting at DHL Supply Chain, headquartered in Columbus, and led the team in their robotics division. He transitioned to real estate investment sales with out-of-state buyers and in-state sellers. He currently has large real estate holdings in the Columbus and Dayton market and is a top-producing investment REALTOR® in the Columbus market.
Working in Consulting and as a real estate professional, Alfath had significant exposure to customer experience and utilized outsourcing services to scale his business to 7-figures, which allowed him to structure and systemize this organization as a top producer in the business process outsourcing industry.
Alfath completed his bachelor’s degree in Industrial System Engineering with a double minor in Business Administration and Data Analytics from The Ohio State University College of Engineering.

Sanjid Rahman
Sanjid is the co-founder and managing director of the company. He is currently leading the company through strategic implementation, driving overseas operations, and focusing on hiring talent nationwide.
Sanjid comes from a strong SEO and Digital Marketing background with over a decade of experience helping businesses boost their online visibility, attract targeted traffic, and increase conversions. He currently owns and manages a successful digital marketing agency that works with large e-commerce brands in the Health & Wellness sector.
Sanjid is currently partnered with large brands like 310 Nutrition and manages their keyword ranking, affiliate sales, and overall revenue through organic outreach. Also, Sanjid has worked directly with the founder (Josh Delany) of FAB CBD.
